Credit Card Charge & Shipping
all orders are processed upon receipt. actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by 5 Diamond Camera Credit and Fraud Protection Department. all items in stock ship within 48-72 hours. all orders are shipped via UPS, and when available, the tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product ships.  We don’t ship to aPO/FPOs or post office boxes or to hotels. No orders are shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and pack your order before it ships, so choosing NEXT DaY aIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. For your security all packages leaving our premises must be signed upon arrival. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.

Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards and checks. Checks must be made payable to 5 Diamond Cameras and drawn on a U.S. bank. Please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery on personal check orders. all personal checks, money orders or bank checks will be held for approximately 4 weeks. Return Policy
any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned for any reason.
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. On most items, 5DiamondCamera.com offers a 30-day exchange/refund policy to our customers. Extended Warranties are non-refundable. all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in mint condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee. all exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For an RMa (Return Material authorization) number call Customer Service at 1-866-650-3728. all Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMa number does not guarantee final disposition. all returns are subject to inspection. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMa number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. any merchandise returned to us without an RMa number will be refused. We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.

Typographical Errors
5DiamondCamera.com's credo is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, 5DiamondCamera.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. 5DiamondCamera.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, 5DiamondCamera.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Product images are for illustration only and descriptions of goods are for guidance only, and shall not constitute the contract 'sale by description'. Errors and Omissions accepted. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention.

Order acceptance Policy
all orders are limited to one item per customer. However we reserve the right to approve special orders for larger quantities. We do accept government, school and corporate purchase orders for larger quantities but these must be approved by 5DiamondCamera.com management. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute a final offer or contract. 5DiamondCamera.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. all orders are subject to management review and approval and if found to be invalid due to any reason, are subject to cancellation by management. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Sales Taxes
5DiamondCamera.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Shipping Policies
For your security all packages leaving our premises must be signed upon arrival. For orders shipping to alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please select Two Day air or Overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery. Guaranteed deliveries:
